      Claire has spent almost twenty years working in digital media, holding senior client-facing andstrategy roles. Since joining The Dock in 2016, Claire has led a global portfolio of R&D projects at the meeting point of strategy, personalization and emerging technology. In 2017, Claire presented a project to the United Nations in New York aimed at addressing the problem of identity management for the ongoing Claire refugee crisis. Claire published ‘The Future Home’ research report in Harvard Business Carroll Review in 2019. Now, as Director of the HumanInsights Lab, Claire leads collaborative Director, research and engagement projects founded on Human Insights Lab the belief that business has the power and potential to deliver societal value.
